1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Sevadhya Technologies, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Scope of Services

Sevadhya Technologies provides custom software development, SaaS deployment, website design, mobile application engineering, and digital marketing services. The specific scope of work, deliverables, and timelines for any project will be governed by a separate Service Level Agreement (SLA).

3. Payment Terms

Clients agree to pay all fees associated with projects in accordance with the billing terms established in their individual project contracts. Payments are processed securely, and late payments may result in suspension of ongoing service deployments.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon final project settlement, the custom codebase and assets built for the client are fully transferred as their intellectual property, unless specified otherwise in the service contract. Sevadhya Technologies retains ownership of any pre-existing proprietary libraries and frameworks used during development.
